| High-performance Tilting Tables |

The NUSPL tilting table is an extremely solid welded construction of steel structure profiles. With several main longitudinal beams and crossbeams for the telescopic cylinders.
The diagonal crosses serve the purpose of torsional stiffness. The tilting frame is connected to the tilting trestle with tilting joints. The telescopic cylinder, the piping and the pump unit are fixed components of the table. The individual vibrator groups are controlled via a distributor box for optimal vibration during uneven element loading of the table.

Advantages:
- The NUSPL column formwork consists of a formwork basis with a fixed center platform and movable side platforms
- Shutter panel cantilevers (corbles) can be mounted on this at variable intervals or modular dimensions
- NUSPL shutter panel elements range in length from 1.5 to 6 m and are made of steel with special shutter materials to ensure optimal surface characteristics of the components
- The height of the shutter panel cantilevers ranges from 600 to 1,200 mm (sides and center)
- Shutter thickness: 6 - 8 mm
- They can be combined with each other in any way and also allow for the use of special shutter applications, for example, for crane cantilevers
- The height of the continuous slab formwork can be adjusted using special supports and the formwork can be quickly replaced, if needed

You can change the slope of gable roof beams just as variably as the height of a parallel beam - both without an overhead crane or complex hydraulics. All you need are the multiple proven rack-and-lever jacks included in the delivery for effortless use.
The design of our formwork as “climbing formwork” allows for convenient and unhindered structuring of the reinforcement, since access isn’t restricted from any side. At the same time, it has the advantage of making complete use of the bracing from its beginning to the end, because it only takes one prestressing lane to produce several beams in a row in intervals of 6 hours. Owing to the extremely low layout, the stressing wires are located in a very deep position for the bottom cord. Provided stressing abutments can be loaded with a maximum of tension, allowing for extremely long beam spans.
