Flexible production system
The flexible production system ATLAS is a modular designed system comprising of different single components, as feeding unit, compaction unit, pressing and transport system. The control of the plant can be designed for the manual operation or alternatively for the program controlled (semi-automatic) process.

Fully automatic tilting table machine
The BLIZZARD is a tilting table machine for the stationary production of different products. Due to the turning process products, which previously have been generally produced manually on vibration stations or in wet-cast moulds can be produced automatically and inexpensively.

Automatic machine for production of large size products
The concept of the HERKULES is unique. By the linear arrangement of the production stations with the respective mould equipment it is possible to produce up to 5 different products without any changes. Only linear moveable pressing and feeding unit for each of these production stations is used. Stop periods are non existing and so these machine components can be used very efficiently.

| The production is executed noise protected below ground. The filling of the mould equipment is carried out by feeding with wiper ring or optionally with gap feeding. The transport and the demoulding of the finished products at the curing area is carried out by a factory crane. |

Automatic concrete pipe and manhole machine
The production of pipes and manhole products with the same machine offers the precast concrete producer the ability to have flexible production. Modular production system for wet-cast concrete
The PHÖNIX is a modular production system, which can be adapted to produce wet cast concrete as well as self compacting concrete (SCC) products. According to the requirements the PHÖNIX can be extended with handling systems into a fully automatic production line.

Automatic wet-cast plant for concrete elements
The production cycle with the ZELUS is a closed cycle. A crane robot manages automatically within an 8-hour-shift up to 130 battery moulds with dimensions up to 6000 x 1400 x 1200 mm and feeds the single working positions as feeding unit, filling unit or demoulding device with them and takes them out of the mould storage for re-filling.
By use of self compated concrete (SCC) it is possible to produce different products with the unique ZELUS:
